'Pacific Rim' Series

I wanted to create a series of 'Macro' Landscapes; from a close-up rather than distant view. The current work is inspired by the shapes in my California garden- bright, strong, and colorful. The monochromatic background grounds and contains the spontainious, free-flowing lines and shapes.
